Healthy Heart Diet


If we want a healthy heart we need to know all thinks about our diet. Most part of the time we have an irregular live because we have to study and working. In many occasions it’s easier eat something fast like chips, refreshment or candies; this things are not healthful and would not have to be including in our diet by big amounts. One of my advices would be to always take a water bottle in hand, this hydrates our body. Also would be recommendable to take a fruit, nuts or fiber for snack. We must of guarding the amount of saturated fats that we ingested daily since this prevents the fluid of the blood towards the heart if they are consumed in great amounts. The salt is another ingredient that influences in our diet, if it is consumed in great amounts is could alter our arterial pressure. It is used to reading the labels of your meals so that you always have a good election of this.
